Calling this coin HIGH END does not do it justice! We bought this coin from a really sharp “crackout dealer” (one of the few who does not mess with coins) and he was convinced at the very least this coin was a +. We totally agree. Who knows what PCGS was smoking the day this coin came in!
Amazing virgin surfaces have only a few light and well hidden scattered lines with only one or two small frost breaks. The surfaces are super satiny and have an ORIGINAL rich, thick, and bold luster. We do NOT believe this coin was ever dipped. A thin band of reddish gold appears only on the lower rim at 6:00. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have extra sharp strikes. The eye appeal is PHENOMENAL!
