No question this is a full “no brainer” Legend quality coin!
Glittering mirrors are deep, clear, clean, and have powerful reflectivity. Typically, we see these dipped. Not this piece! It has gorgeous totally ORIGINAL melted blue/pale olive toning. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal is fabulous!
LESS then 100 pieces were believed to have been minted. PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. PCGS has graded only 3 pieces higher (note: a NON CAC PR66 sold in 2008 for $27,600.00). We can not stress enough the great rarity and importance of this date.
