It is nearly impossible to find these beaned. CAC is extra picky about the quality it will accept for these to be called GEM. This coin easily is a SOLID MS65!
Immediately you see a full booming luster. The surfaces do appear sleek and clean. Only with a strong glass will find a few microscopic ticks and a line or two. A natural super light hint of lilac/gold covers parts of the surfaces. All of the details are well stuck (these can come notoriously flat). The eye appeal is excellent!
PCGS 276, NGC 282, CAC 43. We are blown away at how cheap these have become (the last ones we owned sold for OVER $5,000.00 back in 2008)! The last one to sell in major auction brought $3,290.00 11/12 Stacks. If your building a GEM Commem set, this piece certainly won’t bust your budget!
