Hard to believe this is a 1901 coin with so much black and white contrast!
Bold mirrors are deep, clear, super clean, and have powerful reflectivity. Only the reverse has some light toning visible (which might be all that keeps it from a PR66 Cameo) . Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have thick silvery white frost. The eye appeal is flashy and bold!
ONLY 813 pieces were minted. PCGS 8, NGC 4, CAC 5. The last one to sell in major auction brought $1,725.00 2/11 heritage and was a non CAC. These do not appear frequently at all!
