This is absolutely the way you would want a Proof Flying Eagle to look!
Outrageous super deep, crystal clear, and killer boldly reflective mirrors adorn both sides. There are a few microscopic toning dots and flecks (which prove its originality) widely scattered about. The color is a beautiful totally ORIGINAL golden brown/pale reddish brown color. Every detail is frosted and has a full strike. We are surprised this coin was not labeled cameo. Regardless, it has GORGEOUS eye appeal!
ONLY 80 pieces were ever minted. PCGS 17, NGC 10, CAC 5. The last one of these to sell in a major public auction brought $23,000.00 5/12 Heritage. We do not think that coin was as nice as this one!
