This does have a PR67 look. There are just some microscopic (not visible to the naked eye) mini lines that keep it from a full PR67 designation. The mirrors are incredibly deep, crystal clear, “liquid” and explode with powerful reflectivity. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted a silvery white and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is fabulous!
PCGS 663, NGC 669, CAC 67. PCGS has ONLY graded 7 coins PR66+! The last one to appear in major auction brought $978.00 11/11 Stacks-and the coin was NOT CAC!
