This is the last coin to be posted from our mini Saint Collection. We thought it was so high end, even we resubmitted it. Obviously, PCGS felt it was fine as a 64+.
If this were a 1924 Saint, it probably would at least an MS65. PCGS really showed NO mercy on this coin. The surfaces are as clean as ANY MS65 Saint you will ever see. Even with a strong glass there are NO hidden problems. A strong luster shows off totally ORIGINAL deep gold spot free color. This coin has never been dipped or messed with in any way. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have extra sharp strikes. There is just no way anyone can NOT LOVE this coin as a MS64+. The eye appeal is super!
PCGS 309, NGC 177, CAC 14. PCGS has graded only 5 MS64+ pieces-and we can NOT imagine the others being nearly as nice as this coin. This coin last sold for $16,100.00 08/11 Heritage. Keep in mind a PCGS/CAC MS65 last sold for $63,250.00 1/12. Opportunity knock loud here!
