When we saw this magnificent GEM, our jaws dropped and locked. We had to own it. Unfortunately it took us a few days to negotiate the coins owner down from the stratosphere. He knew very well what he had!

It really looks more like a high end 1922 P, then a much rarer 1922S. The surfaces are virtually flawless. Not even a frost break appears in the field sleek fields. A full, intense booming luster shows off phenomenal frosty white colors all over. Most important, Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have incredibly sharp strikes. For a 22S that is unheard of! The eye appeal is like the quality-out of this world!

PCGS 6, NGC 13, CAC 2. PCGS/NGC/CAC have graded NONE higher. The last PCGS MS66 to sell in major auction was a NON CAC piece. It brought $29,900.00 08/11 Heritage. NO CAC’s have ever been sold at auction.
