Yet another ULTRA HIGH END piece. This we really can’t find ANY reason (even microscopic) as to why it is not an MS67BN! What you seeon the faceis minor planchet issues-NOT problems. PCGS needs to be this way with ALL coins!
Use the strongest glass you can, you will find NO problems of ANY size ANY where on this coin. The surfaces are boldly smooth and satiny. They show traces of slight prooflike mirrors too. An intense full booming luster shows of the heart pounding totally ORIGINAL faded Mint red that hides around the devices and beautiful ORIGINAL chocolate brown/w pale blue that covers the balance of the surfaces. There are NO flecks or spots. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike. The appeal is mind boggling!
PCGS 3, NGC 1, CAC 1. We believe this is NOT the N-3 that was sold in Naftzger for only $5,175.00 in 2009. Today, we think this should be worth $15-$20,000.00. This coin’s history indicates it has been off the market since 2004. It is one hell of a coin!
