No question this coin has NEVER been messed with. Both sides show off bold frosty ORIGINAL snowy white surfaces. There are one or two small frost breaks and a small scrape hidden on the reverse. A killer full booming luster shows off the frosted and surprisingly sharply struck details. 1925S are notorious for poor strikes and dull dusky lifeless toning. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck and thick frost. The eye appeal is terrific!

PCGS 37, NGC 60, CAC 4. There are NO coins graded higher. It is more than safe to assume the pops are incorrect. We purchased this coin from a recent Heritage auction for $27,600.00. Knowing only 3 other CAC pieces exist, we know the price we paid was right. This coin is also housed in an old first generation “pancake” holder.
