J-1427 $1 1875 PCGS PR64BN

$22,500.00

This is a R-7 (4-12 known). It is a Trade Dollar pattern struck in copper. We have handled just about every major Pattern type and these “Seashore” pieces rank as one of the most beautifully designed coins ever. This particular coin is also VERY high end!

Any type Copper piece from 1875 is unusual to find with full deep, clear, clean, and highly reflective mirrors like this coin displays. Only when using a really strong glass can you detect a few scattered lines and a tick or two. To the naked eye this coin is clean! Both sides are loaded with ORIGINAL shades of brown/faint red/blue colors. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and just appear like they are 3-D. The eye appeal is jaw dropping not only because of the design, but the colors and flash do walk and talk!

PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. There is an NGC PR67RB in the Simpson Collection. This coin did auction for $19,550.00 9/11 Goldberg. There are no other records of any selling. This maybe your only opportunity to own a J-1427 in such superb condition!
