We will never stop telling people how much we LOVE matched ORIGINAL sets of anything. They are so UNDERvalued (in our opinion)> We know the Guttag Commems are all ORIGINAL and yes this set is wonderfully matched!
You need a strong glass to find any real imperfections on each coin. There is a touch of softness (typical to the strike) but thats it. to the naked eye the details are sharp and the surfaces are pristine and lustrous. A mellow hint of light gold is spread over both sides. The details are well struck overall. the eye appeal is excellent!
At most, ONLY 15,000 sets were made. We can’t say we have seen many of these offered over the past 2 years-especially an ALL CAC set!
