We hardly ever see pre 1800 coins with CAC beans. So many have been messed with or simply are overgraded. This coin is accurately graded and has NOT been messed with!
Pretty much problem free surfaces reveal strong clashing marks more so on the obverse. The luster is light. Some areas of deeper gold splash around the rims. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. There are NOT discolorations to mark the wear. The eye appeal is excellent!
PCGS 18, NGC 18, CAC 7. No CAC specimen has been auctioned. The last two NON CAC sold at major auction brought: $16,675.00 03/2009 and the other $18,400.00 04/2007 Stacks. These really do NOT appear with any frequency. And to find one CAC’d-now thats special!
