This is one heck of a GEM PR Barber Half!
Ice like mirrors have NO imperfections anywhere. They are also crystal clear and have bold reflectivity. A light mist of ORIGINAL lilac/gold colors swirls on both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have light frost. The eye appeal is pretty.
ONLY 627 were struck. PCGS 19, NGC 28, CAC 3. This is the ONLY 65+ graded by PCGS. Hard to believe, but we found NO auction records for even a regular PR65 of the date. Even in cameo, the last PR65 sold back in 2007. Even PR66’s haven’t sold since 2008 (when one brought $5,463.00 Goldberg). Hard proof this is NOT a common date thats readily available.
