We love the extra thick “skin” this coin has. Both sides are super satiny and have a thick totally ORIGINAL luster. The surfaces have just a few trivial frost breaks and a tick or two. There are No spots or discolorations. The gold is a deeper rich gold. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. The eye appeal is great!
PCGS 28, NGC 185, CAC 8. PCSG has graded only 7 coins higher. Obviously, this is not an easy date to find in GEM. The last CAC coin to sell in major auction auction brought $4,888.00 03/11 Stacks. You know these coins are now worth much more!
