We never ever see 3CS pieces looking like this-especially TYII’s! WOW!
There is not a single reason we can find that this coin is not at least an MS66-or higher. We believe PCGS does not like the Mint made die clashing (you need a glass to see the formations). To the naked eye, the surfaces are clean and satiny. A full booming luster shows off killer colors of gold/reddish gold/pearl green/pale blue. Every detail is needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal is PHENOMENAL!
PCGS 44, NGC 28, CAC 8 (ALL). This is the ONLY MS65+ graded by PCGS. They have graded six MS66 with only 2 in MS67 (one is in the Simpson/Law Collection we assembled).
We do not promise this coin will ever MS66, but it sure is as good as the ones we have seen! And this coin has tons of color!
