J- 983 50C 1870 PCGS PR65RD DENALI

This is an R-7 (4-12 minted) and is struck in Copper. No question its a totally ORIGINAL GEM.

Struck on a decent planchet, there are no major irregularities. There are a few toning stains, but NO spots or marks. The mirrors are actually deep, clear, and do have strong reflectivity. A hint of toning can be seen on the reverse (we suspect this coin was on felt for a while). Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have crisp full strikes. The eye appeal is great!

PCGS 2, NGC 0, CAC 1. There are NO auction records for any PR65’s. The Judd book values this at $7,000.00. Opportunity knocks loud here!
