50C 1918D PCGS MS65

No question that this date in true GEM is VERY hard to find. It is a silent stopper among the early Walker dates! It is housed in an older green tag holder.

This coin is amazing. It has very minor and teenie frost breaks in the right field you can only see with a glass. otherwise, we could see this in an MS66 holder. The surfaces overall are exceptionally clean. A really strong luster shows off totally original off white colors that mix with a tinge of gold by 7:00 on the obverse. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck (notice exceptionally is a key word with this coin?). The eye appeal is awesome!

PCGS 26, NGC 13, CAC 1. PCGS has graded 3 higher-none of which are CAC. The last one of these to sell in a major public auction brought $29,900.00 05/2008 Stacks. The published BID/ASK on these are wrong. Even back in 2006 these were selling for $25,000.00+. Opportunity knocks loud for the serious Walker collector who is picky and will only buy total ORIGINALITY!
