Sometimes we have no idea what PCGS is thinking. We actually DID try this coin for a PR64 Cameo. We have no idea why it did not make it. In our opinion ( there is NO guarantee) we grade the coin 63.9.
Both sides have stunning screaming crystal clear, deep, clean, and boldly reflective mirrors. The ONLY “issue” we can find-some light lines scattered about. The mirrors really are totally glassy. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is stunning!
PCGS 14, NGC 8, CAC 2. You WILL find PR64’s not as nice or as flashy as this coin!
