J- 873 1870 10C PCGS PR64RB DENALI

This is a R7 (4-12 minted). It is a die trial struck in copper.

Only a few very thin and light lines keep this from full PR 65RB quality. Totally original surfaces are clean overall. The mirrors have lots of reflectivity and are clear. A gorgeous RD/green/gold coloration frames both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is beautiful!

PCGS 1,NGC 0, CAC 1. The last one of these that sold (possibly this coin) was back in 1/2000 Heritage. Back then it brought $2,070.00. A VERY rare coin!
