This is a high R7 (4-6 minted). It is struck in copper. No question the coin is totally original.
The obverse of this piece is about 90% GEM PR Mint RD. The reverse is a RB with lots of colors (and color spots). Both sides have very strong and reflective mirrors. There are NO problems visible. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and stand out with light frost. The eye appeal is wonderful!
