J- 810 1870 H.10 PCGS PR64 DENALI

This is an R-7 (4-12 minted). It is a borderline PR65. The coin is struck in silver.

Only some minor and practically invisible hairlines keep this coin as a PR64. The mirrors are clean and have good reflectivity. A moderate layer of “old time” toning covers both sides and gets darker at the rims. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and boldly stand out. The eye appeal is fantastic!

PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. We believe this is the second finest known (behind the Simpson coin). The last major auction this was in was back in 01/2008 where it sold for $5,175.00. We are pleased to offer this very cool little GEM!!
