J- 899 25C 1870 PCGS PR64 CAMEO

This is noted in Judd as an R-7 (4-12 minted). And it is a very rare coin for sure!

Only a hidden lint mark and a small patch of roughness where a spot used to be keeps this coin from being a GEM PR65. Overall, the mirrors are crisp, clear, clean, and of course have strong reflectivity. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and stand out boldly with thick silvery white frost. The eye appeal is very pleasing!
