Really a near miss PR65 cameo. Only a few VERY faint lines that you need a glass to see keep this a 64+.
Both sides dazzle you with full booming mirrors. They are amazingly crystal clear, clean, and have incredible reflectivity. They look like a freshly formed sheet of ice. Miss Liberty and the details are heavily frosted and really stand out. Of course all the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is incredible!
Here are REGULAR PR64 numbers: PCGS 6 (only 4 coins have been graded higher), NGC 1, CAC 2. Only 800 pieces were ever minted. We think this coin represents strong value in today’s market.
