Similar to the 1879S PCGS MS67PL we have listed-just this coin is nearly perfect vs totally (as the 79S is).
Ultra liquid/mercury rolling fields are highly reflective 4″ mirrors. Needless to say this piece is untoned. They are amazingly clean, clear, and flashy. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted (the reverse looks cameo DMPL) and have full strikes. The eye appeal is amazing!
PCGS 65, NGC 109, CAC 9. The last two to sell in major public auctions brought $1,840.00 03/10 Heritage and $1,725.00 02/10 Heritage. We can assure you, this coin is neither and probably would give those coins a huge run for their monies!
