The obverse has boldly satiny and semi-prooflike surfaces. The reverse is not PL. An intense luster shows off just a scattered line or two-not hits or unsightly impairments. A gorgeous ring of royal blue frames the reverse and is light on the obverse. vivid champagne/pale purple/gold colors cover the rest of the surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is spectacular!
