$1 1921S PCGS MS64+ SUNNYWOOD/SIMPSON

SUNNYWOOD/SIMPSON COLLECTION. The only other 1921S we have ever seen that is close to this color wise-the near twin thats now in the Sunnywood/Simpson Collection! We can not stress enough how rare this date is with true gorgeous color!

The obverse displays killer colors of blue/pale violet/golden brown. This is not an 80’s S Mint color, but we do grade the colors MS67.5. Under a glass, you can see burlap bag dots. The reverse has some blue and mostly golden brown around the peripheries. A full booming luster makes the colors really stand out. The surfaces offer only a teenie tick or two (this is in the new PCGS Secure Plus holder) and do not take away from the coins high end quality. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is fabulous!

We doubt that if we were offered $25,000.00 we could ever find a similar coin. The feat of assembling the original Sunnywood Collection is highly unlikely to be repeatable!
