Sonnier Collection. Color grade: MS68.8!

We originally graded this coin MS65. PCGS is showing us they think it has a few too many small ticks, so MS64 it is. Still, it does look clean and definitely has a strong luster. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have full strikes.

We named it the wave because of the waviness of the electric colors. About 60% of the obverse is covered by rich electric waves of amber/baby blue/violet/burgundy/pearl green and more! Your eyes WILL pop out and roll after seeing this. CC’s seem to be one of the hardest coins to find with real killer colors like this. The ONLY toned 78CC’s we have ever seen that were better-the triplets Brian had called: “batteries not needed”. Those are now a part of the Sunnywood Collection.
