This is a pretty and interesting looking GEM. It is toned.
Both sides are smooth, very clean,and have a strong luster. There is a patch of deeper toning on the right obverse and left reverse. The centers are a deep champagne/gold brown. There is no question about this coins originality. All of the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is outstanding!
PCGS 47, NGC 51, CAC 5. PCGS has graded only 15 coins higher. Do not be fooled, these are not seen with any frequency. The last one to sell in major auction brought $3,105.00 06/09 B+M. Opportunity knocks!
