We can not find any visible reason why this superior coin is not in an MS66 holder. Guess PCGS was to afraid of itself.
Absolutely perfect surfaces adorn both sides. A decent luster illuminates mild colors of purple/green/champagne/blue. Every detail is pinpoint sharp in strike and really stands out. The eye appeal really is amazing!
