Not a coin you frequently see in such a lofty state of preservation (do not be fooled by the pop reports)!
Both sides are velvety smooth, have practically NO marks, and beam with a full booming rich luster. The surfaces a creamy white to snowy white. Miss Liberty and the details are superior in strike and you do not need a glass to see how sharp everything is. The details are also lightly frosted. The eye appeal is wonderful! Most important, you know this coin has not been messed with.
PCGS 91, NGC 46, CAC 6. PCGS has graded only 2 coins higher in their 20 years of operations. We bought one of the 2 MS67’s for $20,700.00 in April of this year via a Heritage sale. Its long gone in major collection. The last MS66 to sell in major public auction brought $4,600.00 08/09 Heritage. We bought this coin right and are passing the savings on to its next owner!
