No question this piece is a gorgeous not messed with GEM. Both sides have smooth and intensely lustrous surfaces. There are no signs of putty, recoloring, or spotting. CAC is extremely strict about the Gold it stickers. The color is a gorgeous light two tone yellow/orange mix. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is beautiful!
PCGS 62, NGC 69, CAC 4. The last one of these we could find an auction record for sold in 09/08 Heritage for $10,925.00 (another sold for the same price 2 months earlier). NONE have apparently sold in auction since then. If you are a very picky buyer, this coin will easily work for you!
