Generally, O Mints come flat, dull, and just ugly. This coin, which was graded long ago (its in a green tag holder) is totally awesome!
Amazingly smooth and surprisingly clean surfaces highlight both sides. An intense luster brings out the neat creamy white color. There is one small toning dot in the reverse we mention for accuracy. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck and do have light frost. Her cheek is clean and definitely is not messed with. The eye appeal is great (especially for a 90O).
