We’ve handled many GEM better date Peace Dollars and can not recall seeing any with color. This 24S is really different!
Totally original, both sides are satiny, smooth, and are surprisingly mark free. A light to moderate mist of slightly dusky golden brown color intermingles with shades of pastel blues/pearl greens/amber by the obverse rims. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck (even the tail feathers are bold). The eye appeal is wonderful!
PCGS , NGC, CAC 5. Better date GEM Peace Dollars with any color are RARE!
