$20 1908D MOTTO PCGS MS67

This coin was amazing to us when we first saw it at the Gold Rush sale back in 2005. Its definitely still an amazing coin today!

Only a teenie tick or two can be detected with a powerful glass-they are so small and so insignificant that not only did we rank the coin (back in 2005) as a potential “crackout” but so did several other of the sharpest dealers! The surfaces offer a strong luster which shows off the beautiful moderate gold colors. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and appear quite boldly. Absolutely nothing has been done to this coin. The eye appeal is fantastic as you’d expect.

PCGS 3, NGC 2. The last time this coin was on the market was back in 1/2005 Heritage where it sold for $66,125.00. In 07/08 the Ex Duckor coin sold for $92,000.00 Heritage. We purchased the Morse coin for $74,750.00 in 2006 and placed it into a major collection.

If you are building a monster Saint Collection, then this coin certainly is a “must have”. THIS IS THE ONLY 1908D MOTTO MS67 THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR MANY YEARS (unless of course another gets made-which is unlikely)!
