50C 1904 PCGS MS66

We could not pass this magnificent SUPERB GEM up. It has everything and then some going for it!

Quality wise, it is VERY high end. It is one of the few MS Barbers that you can spend hours looking at and find ZERO imperfections. There are more lines on the holder than the coin! The surfaces are also velvety and have a really strong luster. A mellow mix of moderate pewter/gold/some violet/pale olive colors completely cover the obverse in a very beautiful and vivid blend. The reverse has the same (actually more blue) in a circular pattern around the peripheries while the center is original white. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is great!

PCGS 4, NGC 2. Only PCGS has graded a single coin higher. On our system here we see the ONLY auction record for the date is for an NGC coin that sold in 1/05 Heritage for $9,200.00. Looking up another similar pop date: a 1910 PCGS pop: 4, one sold for $11,500.00 1/09 Heritage. We know the price we are offering this coin at is very reasonable. If you miss this, once this it is sold, you’ll kick yourself as the chances of finding another-especially at the prices we are offering it at-is extremely slim.
