Jaw dropping toning-no this coin is NOT turning color evenly blankets both sides. Neon like swirls of pale green/red/gold do not leave any area untoned. The surfaces are smooth and a clean sleek look. Only under a strong glass can you see traces of some light spotted toning. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is totally awesome!
PCGS 46, NGC 23. We will bet NONE of those look like this! The last one of these to sell in a major public auction brought $1,947.00 1/08 Heritage. This is also housed in an older NGC holder.
