$3 1867 NGC AU55

Only 2000 pieces were ever minted.

This is a totally original piece. It actually has that toned lightly “dirty” look. You know it has NOT been dipped or messed with. There are NO problems visible. The color is a deep gold with hints of orange and violet. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. The eye appeal is very pleasing.

PCGS 21, NGC 23. The last one to appear in major auction sold for $3,220.00 03/07 B+M. A PCGS AU55 brought $3,680.00 1/08 Stacks. This is not an auction, so we can sell this reasonable.
