This coin is an absolute HIGH END GEM! It is NOT an MS64 in a MS65 holder. Overall, the surfaces are major league clean (there is some MINOR chatter in the right field visible ONLY w/a glass) and satiny. A bold luster highlights both sides. Adding to the killer eye appeal is a thin ring of golden brown color on the obverse only. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is tremendous!

The great rarity of ANY date MS Seated Dollar in GEM can NOT be exaggerated. So many either saw circulation, or simply were mishandled resulting in lower grade survival rates.
