Most buffalo’s we see are either spray painted or have horrible corrosion. That’s why we do not handle many.
This coin was nice and we do look for CAC’s guidance/acceptance with this series. The surfaces are smooth, clean, and have a strong luster. A light to moderate mix of steel blue/pale gold/pale purple colors evenly blanket both sides. A few teeny toning dots are scattered around. All of the details are exceptionally struck. you do not need a glass to see the split in the Buffalo’s tail. Nice looking too!
