Very choice. you probably won’t ever see many of these stickered by CAC-as many are too ticky or have been messed with.
Only a few tiny ticks keep this coin from being an MS64. The reverse is really high end. The ticks are not horrible and do NOT detract from the coins beautiful appearance. Both sides have a tremendous luster that makes the bold orange gold colors stand out. There are NO spots or stains. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and fully struck. It is obvious this coin was hand selected for its beautiful eye appeal and quality.
PCGS 24, NGC 26. Both PCGS and NGC each have graded only ONE coin higher (and MS64). The last PCGS MS63 to appear in a major public auction sold for $21,275.00 back in 11/07 Stacks.
