This coin was one of the by far one of the prettiest pieces in the recent Dale Friend Collection sold by Heritage. We were thrilled to have been able to purchase it!
Rarely will you see MS Super GEM Barber halves with this much color. Both sides are fiey kaleidoscope of blues/bright golds/violets/ambers/greens that blend together in a totally spectacular fashion. The surfaces are pristine even when using a high powered glass. A full booming luster really makes this coin stand out. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have exceptional strikes. If you love truly multicolored GEM coins, then this is the Barber Half for you!
