Wicked neat. Here you have a fantastic highend choice coin from 1804! How in the world did it survive for over 205 years in such a pristine state of preservation is a miracle in our opinion.

Faint small hints of ORIGINAL MINT RED can be detected around some of the devices. The surfaces are a light glossy brown with some luster. No discolorations or spots can be found. There are practically NO marks. Miss Liberty and the details are very well struck. The eye appeal is really outrageous when you consider this coin age.

We think a coin like this is a steal at today’s levels. In ANY up or down market, we think to find a coin like this-in choice condition and is OVER 205 years old for UNDER $5,000.00 is as good of a rip as you will EVER see. Plus, it is CAC stickered which means it is double checked for originality and quality-you can’t beat that.

This coin has NOT been in any major auction. We purchased it from a major collector who has changed the direction of his collecting. PCSG 42, NGC 3. We disagree there are really 24 graded. PCGS claims only 3 coins higher. The last one to sell in a major auction sold for $3,738.00 in 07/08! Opportunity knocks loud here!
