J-0297 $10 1862 PCGS PR65BN

$6,250.00

THE BRANDON COLLECTION. A fantastic example of a piece that if it were struck in gold (only 35 were struck in gold) would be worth OVER $150,000.00 in 65. This is still VERY RARE and is an R-6 (12-30 minted).

Struck exactly like the regular issue (save for the placement of the IN GOD WE TRUST). The mirrors are unquestionably untouched. if you look hard 9and we mean hard using a strong glass) you will see a fleck or two (which totally proves complete originality). Both sides have superior mirrors that are deep, have surprising clarity, and are highly reflective. A wonderful mix of brown/purple/navy colors swirl over the surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal is tremendous!

We can not stress enough the incredible fundamentals this piece offers in terms of quality, rarity, and VALUE. The pops are PCGS 5, NGC 2 in BN. Only NGC has one BN higher. In RB PR65, PCGS has 2 w/one higher. Still, there are NOT a ton of these floating around. And this coin does have exceptional eye appeal.

We think at our offering price a coin like this is a tremendous value, and even a steal! The last PCGS PR65BN to sell in major auction sold for $5,060.00 03/07 Stacks. this absolutely is NOT that coin (and that was a year and half ago now). Opportunity knocks loud here!
