Not a date or grade that is frequently encountered in non cameoed, let alone beautifully colored too!
We are pleased to own this GEM. It cameo to us in the huge Buckeye III deal we purchased in early October. It is magnificent! both sides are loaded with with glittering, deep, clear, and clean mirrors. You do not have to imagine how flash the mirrors are. A moderate mix of album like colors of purple/blue/gold/violet swirl about the peripheries on both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is fabulous!
Only 700 pieces were minted. PCGS 6, NGC 4. PCGS has graded a total of only 3 coins higher. Not exactly a “common” date!
