Not a date or grade that is often seen in condition this nice.

Both sides have extremely clean and smooth surfaces. A decent luster shows off the pretty light golden brown color. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. Only under a glass can you see a scattered tick or two (thats what keeps it from MS65). The eye appeal really is exceptional.

PCGS 3, NGC 9. PCGS haas graded NONE higher. NGC has graded only 3 coins finer. According to our up to date information systems, the last PCGS coin to appear at a major auction sold for $2,530.00 in a 1999 Goldberg sale. The last NGC coin went for $7,475.00 in 2007 at Heritage. The published prices are totally wrong for this date as apparently few or none have traded recently. Opportunity knocks loud here!
