25C 1857O PCGS MS63

Besides being incredibly rare, this coin is also incredibly high end! Yes, we did buy this out of a major auction, but we felt it was a shot upgrade (which we did not try for ) and even if it did not work, it was grossly undervalued.

Both sides are amazingly sleek, smooth, clean, and lustrous (unusually for an O Mint). For an MS63, this coin really has no hits. A killer band of golden brown/blue/russet frames the rims only. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and boldly stand out. The eye appeal looks much better than just MS63! PCGS 6, NGC 4. In MS64 the pops are PCGS 3, NGC 1. There is NOTHING HIGHER! No published bid is accurate, especially since the last one auctioned was in 2003.
