25C 1901 NGC PR-67 CAMEO

A beautiful black and white flashy GEM! The mirrors are how they should be-deep, clear, clean, and powerfully reflective. They actually look like shimmer glass. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick white frost. This is not one of those so/so cameos. The eye appeal is terrific! Only 813 pieces were minted. PCGS 9, NGC 28.
