This is a R-6 with 13-30 minted. Super high end. You can tell this coin has NEVER been dipped or messed with. The virgin surfaces have NO marks what so ever anywhere. A light coating of original toning evenly covers both sides. A strong luster does add to the eye appeal. All of the details are sharply struck. This is definitely a PR65++ piece. PCGS 6, NGC 2. These coins with holes are soooo cool. Could you imagine has these become legal tender?
