10C 1915 PCGS MS-65

To quote a line from one of our favorite rockers songs (Avril Lavigne) “What the hell were you thinking?”. We bought this coin raw and paid $2,150.00 thinking it was a lock MS66. Both PCGS and NGC have told us no several times now. So, this coin is now one of those, our loss is your gain items. It is high end, just not an MS66. The surfaces are satiny and clean. They emit a thick luster. both sides have a mottled mix of blue/green/gold/champagne colors. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is refreshing. This is still a rare and undervalued date. PCGS 28, NGC 33.
